During this Discovery session we will take the time to explore a little about what coaching with mental fitness is and how it can work for you. You are totally in the driver's seat during this experience. We coast where you coast...we dive where you dive in regards to concerns and goals you would like to explore.

We look at possible blocks and limiting beliefs as we utilize simple techniques that allow us to tune into self and be aware.

Virtual Energy Healping Session

I will perform an energy healing in meditation to release old attachments in your energetic field that limit the flow of your own inner healing ability. I simply act as a channel to allow you to attune to your own gifts and sense of awareness.

These sessions are performed remotely after a quick intake from client on desired area of release, relief, and expansion. Desired areas of support may include: reconnection and remembrance of your personal desires and aspirations, release of emotional attachments or belief systems, life purpose alignment, and/or health issues with physical symptoms such as pain, tension, or dysfunction

* A follow-up will be made with client through email to assess and address any guidance received

Dowsing Alignment and Release Service

To dowse means to search for or discover. It is commonly known as an ancient divination method to find water. Water holds the properties of healing to its purest form. As humans we are predominantly water, as is this planet, so as a dowser, with guidance, I am able to support in the encouragement of Divine energetic flow in and around our bodies. This service assists on a frequency level to guide your energy to its most optimal state at this time to attract more optimal healing on an energetic level moving forward.
Areas of support include:

In-Person Energy Healping Session

I use various energy healing modalities to facilitate the healing journey. Reiki is the universal life-force/source energy that flows through us all. I simply will be activating your channels for you to receive optimal healing and start the process of release of all low-vibrational attachments to your body and energetic field.

I also perform energy work through dowsing where I ask a series of questions to get to root issues that may be underlying and out of sight of the physical plane. Here I can detect the presence of low-frequency energy, chakra levels, and more. and more. With this information, if granted permission from my Spirit guides and yours, I work in the energy field to remove and balance these energies.
